Just some cute fluff I did for the AC Art Show. Part of a set. It was rather well-received, so I'll be doing a couple more sets of these for FC & AC.

I saw you upload this somewhere else (FA before it asploded or DA, totally can't remember, lol) and I totally can't remember if I commented on it there, so I will here. XD I love the pose and the idea of a cold sun. :D And I do so love the snow leopards.

Heh...I uploaded it to FA, and then it asploded. Every time I upload to FA, it goes down. This time it REALLY went down.
And thanks for the comment!! =)

The colors are great! :) Very well done.
I love the big fluffy tail and the way you drew her hair.
Some critique ... Maybe the head's a little bit too big? I'm not really sure, because it just might look that way because of her hair or because of the thin neck ... The arm is formed somehow as if she had no muscles, that's really a pity. That's why the forearm looks kinda thick and short (especially on the wrist), I guess it's simply a little bit too short. Therefore the upper arm seems to be a bit too long.
The bend in her back looks a bit painful and a bit to high ... The same problem as one last picture is the tail thing, it might be your style to draw it this way but I would prefer it to see the tail as part of the body. :)
One more thing: Take a look at the leg on the foreground, especially on the knee. I guess you'll see the problem there for yourself. :)
Anyways, I love your work, keep it up! :)

Thanks for the critique. However, a lot of the anatomical tweaking was done on purpose. It's not a realistic picture (although I clicked all the tags...I shouldn't have, when I uploaded it...my error). It's toony more than anything. The eyes and ears are purposely too large (which is why you perceive the head as 'too large'). It's common to exaggerate certain facial features as a way of drawing attention to them. The anatomy is simplified (ie, no musculature shown, again, on purpose). The curves are purposely exaggerated (no one can curve quite that much and not have it painful). The tail is part of the body, but her hips are slightly turned to the back, so you're not going to see the tail attached to the spine, because the butt cheek is in the way. That's why you can see her other leg and inner thigh.
One of the few actual anatomical error that was made that was unintentional..you didn't catch. Her lower legs are actually a tad too short for the proportions that I had already established. The other, you did catch...her upper arm is a tad too long for the proportions established, but it's pretty slight.

Ah I see. :)
Well, the problem with lower legs on anthropomorphic anatomy is that people really tend to draw it in very different ways. I thought she should be digitigrade and so the legs would be pretty o.k then (Eosfoxx is drawing it in a quite similar way). That's why I didn't say anything about the lower legs. ;)

Gorgeous work as always, that goes without saying. But I do have a special soft spot for Snow Leopards. Beautiful vibrant colours too.

I have always loved your bright and colorful style! The set of these is awesome. They'd make a nice set of art prints to be sure. :)

Oh, I love the tail!! So poofy. And the stained glass looking background works very well with it.

I can see why this was well received. She is gorgeous, and the pose is interesting. Also, I really love the way you do your geometric design background things. Is there a technical term for those? I like 'em.
XianJaguar
Thank you so much!
No technical term that I'm aware of for these backgrounds. Just an interesting design. :)
